Text ads show at the top of your Google search results. There are usually 4 ads that show at the top and also at the bottom of the page. These are usually called Expanded Text Ads and consist of 3 Headlines & 2 Description lines.
Your text ads should be specific, relevant, attractive, and empowering. Highlight what makes you unique. Include prices, promotions & offers. Include the benefits & features of your product or service. Have a great call to action and have the keyword at least once on the ad, preferably in Headline 1.
Ideally, you want to have at least 2 or 3 ads per ad group to experiment with.
