If you are not sure about the quality of the traffic, then you must take advantage of the ‘Observation’ setting, where applicable. The observation set, as the name suggests, will only observe and won’t affect your traffic volume, who can see your ads or where they may appear, but it does allow you to monitor how ads are performing for your selected topics, audiences & placements while your campaign is running.
You can then use the data to optimize your campaigns by bidding up or down.
