Content targeting for display & video ads, such as keyword, placement, and/or topic targeting, allows you to show ads on the Google Display Network that your potential customers are viewing.
For greater scalability, consider using audience targeting such as demographic targeting, remarketing, custom intent audiences, and affinity targeting, which targets the customer as opposed to the page content.
