My client's account has been suspended. We reactivated the claim and it is suspended again today for suspicious payments. Does this happen because it doesn't work with MCC and because my IP is from another country? Okay, so what you are trying to do is you have an MCC. Every account will work with an MCC. Right? It doesn't matter if you are based in another country. We as an agency have got clients from all over the world. We hardly ever get any suspension because of suspicious payments because if the client has used a payment card whose address is not linked to theirs or the Google Ads account is not linked to their ohh is not same as the billing address, then Google will think of it as suspicious.
Google will never say why they have suspended your account. The best thing you will get is suspicious payments or there's some malware on your website or something like that. But it's nothing to do with the MCC. It has to be something different. I remember one client whose account was suspended a few years ago, but then we appealed and we got it back. So it can be the bots, they review it again and suspend it again. So you ask them for a manual review and you should be able to get it back because you got it back the first time around unless you’ve something you or your client has done something which is against Google's policies.
