Why All My Google Ads Are Not Eligible & Say Local Services Certificate Is Required?

Okay, I cannot get Google to explain why all my ads are “not eligible” - error local services certificate. Well, it says here, Corey, you need to get that certification for the local services. Without that, your ads won't run. What certificate? I’m assuming a locksmith certificate? So there are lots of services where you need to get the certification from Google so that you can prove to them that what you claim to be is who you are. And locksmith is one of them. I send them my text info and LLC license. Other than that, there are a good 20 states that require no locksmith license. Okay, but they put a blanket rule that I need a locksmith license.

So this has got nothing to do with the state requirements. This is Google's requirement, so you will need to follow their policies. I cannot magically make one. Absolutely you can, but there will be a link in your account somewhere where it will ask you to enter the information you need. They have zero support other than to just read some extremely vague rules to explain why. Unfortunately, after COVID, the phone numbers have been discontinued, so you can either go by chat, or by email and ask them, how do you apply for the local services certificate. I’m in the UK, so I can't help you much with that. But there will be if you Google certificate is required for locksmiths in the US. You will get something on a support.google.com portal.
