Okay, Sam, our ad has been good, but for three weeks now, there have been very few calls. I’ve checked and everything is fine. Okay. The only thing I can think is that in August, people are enjoying the summer and not calling. Again, it is dependent on what kind of business you're in. I don't know what you are running ads for. So yes, absolutely. 100%. If it's a B2B business you are offering or services that you're offering to other businesses, July, August, and summertime is usually quiet and you will find that your conversions are low and you're not getting the results that you want.
So in that case, you can turn the ads down a bit, the budgeting down a bit, and then start again in September or whenever the season is back on. So don't need to panic. I would say just carry on and see in September how things move forward. And if it still is down, then there’s definitely something that is not quite right or many other competitors have come back into the Google Ads auctions and they are bidding aggressively. You’re losing out on that. Good click. So look in the auction insights as well. See which companies are advertising. Go to those companies' websites, and see what the offers are. I’m not saying copy theirs, but you need to keep an eye on your competition as well.
