YouTube Ads or Google Ads have made some significant changes over the past few months, and now all video ads are responsive search ads, making it almost impossible to exclude them from search results. Previously, we could exclude Google Display Network, but now Google is showing video ads outside of YouTube as well. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over this.
